Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.
If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
