What's Covered?

If your Wagging product has a defect in materials or workmanship, such as faulty stitching, broken straps, defective zippers, or similar manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

✅ Functional Components

If essential functional parts—including buckles, clips, zippers, cushions, or other components—fail during normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected product.

What's Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
Damage caused by pets chewing, scratching, or excessive force.
Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.
Lost or stolen items.
